Music Control - Going to specific entry

Hi,
Is there a way to configure the Music controls to start browsing to a specific directory, Genre for example ?
Or have a button going directly to this category ?

Is is really impossible to do that ?

There is not a way to do this as far as i know. For some reason all the music plug-ins are based on playlists that you have to keep up with. To do what you want you would have to make a playlist for each directory or genre or whatever to show them. I never could figure out what the love affair is with playlists.
