Designer for beginners

I have d/l designer and just stared at the blank (no) project. I noticed even on the tutorial he starts off with a sample simple project.

Are there any very simple example projects that can be downloaded?

For example can I get the design of the default HS client and modify it per my needs?

It's been awhile since I looked at them but isn't there sample projects and screens downloaded with the designer itself that you can open and play with to get familiar?

I found them. They put the samples in Documents\"My HSTouch Projects". There is also a folder created called just HSTouch and I was expecting to find them in that folder.
