I just started getting this error message, even though I have HS Pro (2.5.0.81) with unlimited connections. I saw this issue in posts in 2011, but nothing recent. What is the solution? Thanks.

Thanks, Rupp. I did find that it was disabled, but enabling it did not fix the problem. I need to restart HS, when, later today, I have direct access to my HomeTroller.
