Do you password protect and what is your method?

Debating on password protecting my device or HStouch? Curious as to how others have implemented security.

    thanks

You mean the screens themselves or the connection to the server? I don't personally protect my screens, I only have one remote client (my phone) and even if I lost it then short of turning a few lights on/off whoever used it can't do much more else so no password is a risk I am willing to take. The moment I lost my phone I would just delete the account that HSTouch uses to connect anyway so there would be no ability to connect.

I have passwords on HSTouch and HS of course, but they are stored on the HSTouch client. I do not open the ports though externally. I utilize a VPN or tunnel into my home network before opening HSTouch, if I want to connect while away from home. This is one small step extra to take, but as I rarely access HS while I am away from home, it's not a big deal.
