Is there any way to get the xml file off my iOS device? Some how I don't have my current xml file on my PC that I run designer on but it is on my working iPhone 4. Is there a way to get it off?

There is a way I posted a long long time ago that involves an iTunes backup to your PC and sifting through the files to find the project file. Unfortunately I can't find the post (you would need to search, it is potentially four odd years ago I think) at the minute however I don't know whether there have been any changes to iTunes etc that mean this no longer works. It is an easy mistake to make and one I have thankfully only done once!
