Problems installing HSTouch on Windows CE

I managed to get a cheap second hand WebDT 325 Touch Screen to play with, it runs Windows CE.
I've copied the Clinets folder from my work station to the Program Files directory on this device and have tried to run CE5HSTouch.exe from the CE folder but I get the error 'Cannot find CE5HSTouch (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available.'

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?

I copied the entire Clients\CE folder over including the .dll's as per the screen shot below. Is there any thing else I should have copied over ?

WebDt 325 is running Windows CE 3.0
I think there is no support for .Net on this version.

Just checked on the device which does show its running CE 3.0, various documentation I found before purcahse says that it is running Windows CE.Net Operating System. I'm confused ! I wonder if it can be upgraded to a newer version of CE ?

You are right about .Net
I'm not sure about the upgrade..sometimes this is possible.

I have the Albatron TeePC that's running CE 6 (same as the Homeseer Version)
