Plugin works a few hours and then fails

    Hi,

Lately I've had problems with the plugin.

    The log shows this error:

    Code:

The IP and key has not changed, but I think the IKEA hub maybe has updated firmware lately, but I'm not sure. The IKEA hub/gateway is on 1.12.31. If I restart the plugin it works a few hours before the error appears aging and I'm not able to control the lights.

    regards,

    Dag-Inge

    I'll check

    [EDIT]

dag-inge Can you check if it's always the same error?

Yes it is the same error. But it has now been stable for 16 hours. I'll monitor the log and will keep you posted.

IKEA changed from "groups" to "scenes" - I need to check if/how firmware is affected

After a closer inspection, I also found this error from yesterdays log:
          Code:
[INDENT][379]: ValueChanged(196617): System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: Den angitte nøkkelen finnes ikke i ordlisten.

It's a "mood" feature in a IKEA group device with two light bulbs.

Yeah, they actually changed "Moods" (not Groups) to "Scenes"

I still have errors, but I think these are different errors:

[260]: ERROR MakeRequest(/15005): Tradfri.InternalServerErrorException: Got 500 (InternalServerError) at ''. Msg: {"r":"01"} Req: ved Tradfri.TradfriController. Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSucce ss(Task task) ved System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccess AndDebuggerNotification(Task task) ved Tradfri.TradfriController.d__44`1.MoveNext()

It will only work for a few hours before I can't control IKEA lights.

                  Plugin version: 3.0.0.45

Does the error happen when you try to control the devices, or even if you leave the plugin alone?

It happens randomly as far as I can see. My log is spammed with errors from the plugin: 7817 entries in 12 hours! It alternates between the one in previous post and this one:

[260]: GetTradfriDevice: System.ArgumentNullException: Verdien kan ikke være null. Parameternavn: value ved Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JToken.EnsureValue(JToken value) ved Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JToken.op_Explicit(JToken value) ved Tradfri.Controllers.DeviceController.d__1.MoveNext()

(luckily, it's been stable now for 10 hours. Fingers crossed ;-) )
