Install of V4.0.0.0 worked from HS plugin manager

I was able to install ESPHome 4.0.0.0 on my HS4 test server from the plugin manager. No need for the override file anymore.

The only problem is the bug in the plugin manager that causes the install process to hang. This is an HS4 error and seems to happen to all plugins.
