I am unable to see lighting (Z-wave switches) and bulbs (Zigbee) in Homeseer mobile. Anything I can do to correct this issue? I prefer Homeseer mobile to Hubitats.

I am not a HS Mobile user so have no experience of what it expects for devices to be visible. I assume you can see the Hubitat devices in the HS browser. If this is true then compare the properties, especially MISC settings, to see what is different between what you can see and what you cannot see in HS Mobilie.
