Okay, found it. I sent Matt an email with the two codes that HS2 displayed for the license, and he sent back a License ID to enter as well as a password. The password was the same for all the plugins (and was the same as for my previous install), and each license code was different.

looks like pfe1 is going to move to hs3 instead of dealing with HS2Mark
