  • Insteon 2342 remote sending broadcast msg cmd 14

I have several Insteon 2342 remotes. They work well. Every once in a while I see the following in the event log. Does anyone know what it means? If it matters, these devices are only linked to Homeseer. There are no links to other devices.

Cmd 0x14 is a Fast Off this is normal. The issue is the button:10. that doesn't exist in the device. Noise may be causing the message to get corrupt. You could try a factory reset and then use the 'reprogram the device' function from the plugin. do not delete the device from the plugin or you will lose your event configurations. Or you can just ignore these message altogether.
