Does the ESM1 only work for X-10 devices, or can it also analyze Insteon signal strengths? I'm putting a bunch of unused X-10 stuff on eBay, and am slowly swapping all my remaining X-10 over to Insteon or other protocols. If the ESM1 can be used for Insteon I'll hang on to it, otherwise off it goes....

this article indicates you can use the ESM1 to measure insteon signals: https://www.laser.com/dhouston/insteon.html
the meter seems to have a +/-10% range so from 120kHz it should be able to see insteon signals at 131.65kHzMark
