Special Insteon Commands?

Mark,

there are times when we are just looking for a device to send On or Off Command. But to cover for user errors we have to test for a Fast On and/Or Fast Off.
Is there any way in the Insteon command list you could give us two (2) new commands? Like AnyON or AnyOFF that your code does the testing for us?

Just an Idea.
