Need some help with an Insteon error that won't go away

and Voila! The Error Report now magically has the details from last night... Atatched

I have not been able to reproduce this error. I setup a similar event with a bunch of Device Off commands. I think there is something else in your device configuration that i'm not seeing.

I can post another beta with some more debugging log entries if necessary

on/off switches support fast on and fast off as well.
