    Please help with insteon problem

Insteon devices stopped working. I discovered that the COM3 was missing from the setup page. Don't know why this would have gone away. I put the info back in and restarted plugin. Nowl plugin was not showing error message as it was before. But all of my insteon devices are gone from the device mgt p;age. Can anyone help me get them back?
    Thanx!!!

what hw platform are you running hs on? and when plugin version are you using?

you need to restore a data\homeseer.hsd file (which includes the hs device) and a config\insteon.ini (which includes the registered devices) from the same backup

on windows, its just the next one in the series each time you add a new device. For example, if you dont see a com6 anymore, its probably because it was reserved for a previous device.
