Problem with Insteon Plugin giving error

My settings are correct but I keep getting the error “Unable to communicate with Insteon powerline interface”
I keep having to restartHS4. After researching the issue I found another similar problem that seemed to be the result of a device sending ‘chatter’ causing com issues. Anyone have any thoughts?

After a recent power outage, I moved the Insteon hub to a power strip. Perhaps there is a power line communication issue as a result. I moved it back to its original home outlet. Hopefully that solves the issue. Also, the Sonos plugin had an error so I shut it down as a precaution. Hopefully these things fix the problem, time will tell.

a power tap/strip should be fine, however any kind of surge protection will cause problems.
