Error "Please check the interface and enter the Interface Port information..."

I did a 100% clean installation yesterday, reinstalling HS4 and adding my devices, starting from scratch. I'm getting the error "Please check the interface and enter the Interface Port information on the Config page and restart HS" which goes away when I restart the plugin. I'm set to the standard 3 Maximum Hops, 5 Command Retries and 3 sec response timeout. Does anyone have any thoughts as to how to resolve the issue?

if you access the url via browser, can you login with the credentials you listed

you should be using the credentials on the bottom of the hub

Mark out of curiosity, the credentials/plugin work for a few hours. When I look at the installed plugin page, the plugin reports “Okay” until it stops working as mentioned above. Regardless, I’m changing to the address from the bottom of the hub as requested. I will report back!

Last night (very late) I received the following new error. "WARNING: Please check the Interface and enter the Interface Port information on the Config page and restart HS."

I checked the settings in the Insteon management app under 'House' in Settings and the port is 25105 and the IP is correct.

what platform are you running hs on? what version of the plugin?

are you config settings gone, or did the hub just stop responding?

The system is running on A HomeSeer Hometroller S6 Pro. 4GB RAM, Windows 10. The plugin is version 3.0.7.32. The settings are all still there, I simply restart the plugin and everything works fine for a while.
