Newbie post: unable to initialize interface

Hi, new user, new RPi4 HS4 build. Just installed the Insteon plugin today, having trouble getting the Smarthome PowerLinc Dual Band 2413U PLC to work (just arrived from Smarthome today). It's plugged into the same powerstrip as the Raspberry Pi ps, the PLC light comes on. Here is the error log below. The USB cable is new and plugged into the RPi.

    Thanks for the help.

    Welcome.

you need to enter the Linux port not the Insteon id

hover over the blue ? Next to see the available ports on your system.

Thanks Mark, /dev/ttyUSB0 did the trick. Looking forward to moving my ISY994 programs to HomeSeer.
