HS4 Missing group

I just upgraded to HS4. I was creating a new event and don't see SOME of the insteon groups in the device list under "control a device". All my physical devices show in the list, a few (not all) of the groups are missing. I created all the groups in HS3. My events upgraded from HS3 that use groups are fine, the group name appears in the action. Is this expected behavior when using the H3 plugin on HS4?
