Added new devices?

So I installed a few new outlets and am not sure how to add them to the plugin. I tried all the options, or so I think I did, and still don't see any new devices. Do I have to manually add each device through the plugin?

from the manage devices plugin page, there is a Add new device button. it will ask for the insteon id of the device to register. if this isn't working, please enable detailed logging on the config page, retry, and post the log snippet of the transaction
