2450 I/O Linc not sending Sensor Activity

I have a weird one here. I have an I/O Linc 2450 which has worked fine since the beginning on HS3 but a couple of days ago it stopped showing any sensor activity. If I push the contact relay button in Homeseer3, it will work and show a message in the log, but the sensor message activity stopped showing up. I also have Homeseer 2 and it still works fine with no issues.

I tried to factory reset the device and reinstall the links but still no sensor activity. The light on the device goes on when the magnet moves away from the sensor and off when it magnet is touching the sensor, so the device is fine. I also tried 2 other 2450's and still get no sensor activity in Homeseer3.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance..
    Steve

sounds like the links in the plm may have gotten corrupt. these are required in order for plm to receive the sensor messages.

also make sure the the iolinc has links for the input sensor reporting to homeseer.

run a reset and reprogram from the config page, and then retest

Still no good. I even deleted the links and put them back in.

I did that and after I click ok nothing seems to happen just stays on that page with nothing updating.

I private messaged you my insteon.ini file. I know that there should be at least 250 to 300 links used but now it is showing 30 (all F's) which isn't correct.

I can click on lights Keypads and door sensors and everything updates in the log (turn on and off).

That was it. I just remembered that we had a quick power surge the other day and that probably screwed up the box. I power cycled the PLM (unplug for 10 seconds then hold the set button in and plug it in until the beep stops) and then Clicked update Interface Database which found 303 links, then I clicked Display interface links and then they all popped up. So as of now all is good.

                  Thanks again Mark!
