There are no other entries in the vicinity of that time. No events are executing that I can see. "chunkLength"? I dare not even speculate...

where you doing anything on the HS UI around that time? specially interacting with the insteon plugin? or any other plugin?

No, definitely not. I don't know why I thought it was from the Insteon plug-in, but you're probably right, it's from HS itself.
