Insteon and Mange Device

To install the Insteon device I used the tutorial. But when I follow the direction to click on the (config) button, It does not take me to a new page with "Manage Device" and "Manage Group". Nothing happens. Consequently, I can not add the device ID etc. I have the latest 2.4.0.11
Homeseer H2 software program. My previous version had the "manage Device' page. But now I am running Windows 7.

Any help will be appriciated!

Robert, what version of the plugin are you running? is it enabled on the setup/interface page?

Please post a hs.log of your system starting up this will answer a lot of questions
