    Date format inconsistency

When I look into the HS log via the HS Web interface, all Insteon events show up with a mm/dd/yy format:
    <TABLE cellSpacing=2 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=LOGDateTime0 noWrap align=left>2013-06-11 21:27:00 </TD><TD class=LOGType0 colSpan=3 align=left>Device Control </TD><TD class=LOGEntry0 colSpan=8 align=left></TD></TR><TR><TD class=LOGDateTime1 noWrap align=left>6/11/2013 9:40:36 PM </TD><TD class=LOGType1 colSpan=3 align=left>Insteon </TD><TD class=LOGEntry1 colSpan=8 align=left>Received \12 ([1:Cuisine] Cuisine plafond (2)) Go OFF</TD></TR><TR><TD class=LOGDateTime0 noWrap align=left>6/11/2013 11:04:00 PM </TD><TD class=LOGType0 colSpan=3 align=left>Insteon </TD><TD class=LOGEntry0 colSpan=8 align=left></TD></TR><TR><TD class=LOGDateTime1 noWrap align=left>6/11/2013 11:09:58 PM </TD><TD class=LOGType1 colSpan=3 align=left>Insteon </TD><TD class=LOGEntry1 colSpan=8 align=left></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

If I look at the same entries in the HomeSeer.log file with an editor, I see a yy/mm/dd format:

    2013-06-11 21:40:36 ~!~Insteon~!~Received \12 ([1:Cuisine] Cuisine plafond (2)) Go OFF

The date format discrepancy only pertains to Insteon entries.

    No biggy, but weird.
