KeypadLinc 6button losing configuration.

HS Team,

I am having a KeypadLinc 6 button that it is constantly losing its configuration and links.

Besides reconfiguring it from scratch..... Is there a way to restore the links from the HS Insteon Plug-in Database?

It seems that although the links and configuration are lost locally on the Keypadlinc, they are still visible on Mark's plugin.... Under Insteon Configuration.

I am running plug-in version 2.0.0.4.

there is no way to restore the links and settings from the plugin.

if you have reset it and reprogrammed it and its still losing its memory, then its time to replace it.
