Is there a way to change the load order of plug-ins?

I am using both the Insteon plug in as well as the Insteon Thermostat plug in, and I find during a restart that the TStat plug in will fail to load because the Insteon plug in hasn't finished initializing. Is there any way to change load order, or perhaps delay the loading of the TStat plug in until after the main Insteon plug in has finished loading successfully?

this shouldn't be necessary depending on which versions of each plugin you are using.

the tstat plugin is designed to "wait" until the insteon plugin is initialized. We set this up for just this reason

what versions of each are you running?
