Replace Hubs - not so clear

    Hey mark
i received a new HUB from smarthome since we suspect the old one is not so well.
i went into the option: Reprogram Insteon system for replacement Insteon Interface

it has a big warning paragraph which i didnt read (just kidding, read only the first line )

what i didnt understand is this:

Current Interface Installed on the system:
    1E.CB.3E
Last Interface Installed on the system:
    1E.CB.3E
Old Interface Insteon Address : XX.XX.XX

i need to enter the old HUB's ID? shouldnt this be the new HUB's ID?
and should i first configure the new HUB with the same IP, port, username and password? or does this process does that as well?
    thanks

you first need to get the new hub online so the plugin will recognize it.

then start the swap/replace routine and enter the OLD insteon id when asked. the routine will then look for the old ID within the links and reprogram them with the new ID.
