Insteon 2474 2-Wire Control Issue

I have just installed 34 - 2477 and 6 - 2474 dimmers. Everything works great except the ON command for the 2474 dimmers does not work. (It turns the 2474 off) The off command works and the 1% - 99% dimmer options work. Any suggestions? All 2477 behave the same. All 2474 have numerous 2477 within 10 feet.

Check the default on level of each dimmer. It's probably set too low

You're correct.

Somehow every device was set to default of 10%.

yah, i need to check with Smarthome on this. not sure why this is the default setting. Most people run into this same issue.

did you happen to notice if 'resume dim' was checked or not?

correction: resume dim as op flag at the bottom of the edit insteon device page; either on or off

It is not checked so that must be the default.
