Windows 10, Insteon solved - works.

Hi - I'm trying the newest build of Windows 10 Preview. I know that the OS is probaboy not supported but I thought I would post this issue in case its been seen before. I have a PLM that I have been successfully using in Windows 8. I plugged it in to my windows 10 box. Device manager recognizes it and assigns it to Com 3. I have plugged and un-plugged it to verify the port address.

When I enable the plugin, I get a message that the configuration needs to be updated and HS3 restarted. I have done so and verified that the insteon.ini has been written to. Restarting HS3 produces the same result. Here is the log information:

Apparently, I have a "Bricked" 2413U. I tried another one and it worked as soon as I plugged it in.

glad you got it working. did you try a factor reset on the other 2413u.

I don't think I've ever seen this one, can you provide a quick link/instructions? I have a bricked 2413u I'd like to try this on. I'm on my 2413s now (11.11.11 anyone? lol)
