Settings not applied to 2-wire dimmers

I am trying to change the ramp rate and on level on one of my RF 2-Wire SwitchLinc Dimmer, the plugin goes through with the operation and return a message saying that the change was succesfull but when I go to the switch and operate it the settings are not applied.

I tested the behavior with other 2-wire switch and I have the same error.

try power cycling the switch by pulling the set btn for about 10 secs and then return set btn to normal position and retest
