2475F and X10

I'm thinking about getting a 2475F to control the fans in my house. I don't have any Insteon installed in the house, so I was planning on using it in X10 mode.

What I can't seem to work out from the manuals or what I can google, is whether I can retrieve the status of the fan or lights over X10? I'd just like to know if they are off or on, although speed etc would be nice (which I presume would be a DIM value).

Can anyone shed any light (sorry).

you might need to check on the smarthome site for the answer. I haven't seen anyone here use x10 on the fanlinc
