lost x10

I had to use a backup copy of HS3 when my system locked up . I didn't loose to many insteon and im sure I can reinstall the missing ones. My big problem is I cant get Insteon x10 to return. Most of the x10 survived but they don't work. I pulled my x10 interface when I started to use your plugin.
Whats the fix.
