Does an X10 Coupler Repeater cause Insteon problems?

I have a hard-wired ACT X10 Coupler Repeater connecting the two phases of my electrical system. I no longer have any X10 devices and only use Insteon. Should I disconnect the coupler, or is it OK to leave it in place?

Thanks in advance for any advice ...

i had a similar unit along side Insteon and everything Insteon still worked. That said, if you don't need it, pull it. You won't be going back to x10
