I paid for my Insteon plugin some time ago (actually paid twice by accident, but you did refund the overpayment and thank you) but I had to wipe my hard drive and start over. Currently my plugin shows as the trial version, how do I tell it I've paid, do I get a license number or something?

you should have an email from homeseer (from the original purchase) with your license number and pswd. if you can't find it, you will need to contact homeseer directly for the info.

Put in a help desk request using the Blue support link for all licensing issues.
