what plugin version are you running? have you tried the latest beta? i think i fixed this issue you mentioned awhile ago

I'll try and find an older battery (or maybe drain one) to install again and see if I can get the same low battery condition to fire again.

Below is a snippet of a log for a heartbeat that my hidden door sensor sends. It seems to always activate the sensor device to ON (OPEN), when the device gets into the low battery situation. Below is a heartbeat that was sent this morning that triggered the device door open status. Maybe I have a bum sensor?
