Unable to reprogram links to PLM

I just replaced an old PLM (2414UH)with a new one (2414U) and ran the module "Program replacement/swapped interface." It ran with very few glitches, but I can't seem to correct those glitches. On the main config page it tells me:

The following are unregistered Insteon addresses found in the network.
    18.B8.6C found in Garage Fluorescents
    18.B8.6C found in Kitchen Sink
18.B8.6C found in Landing Holiday Lights
18.B8.6C found in Laundry Room Fluorescents
18.B8.6C found in Living Room Christmas Tree
18.B8.6C found in Living Room Nightmare Lamp
18.B8.6C found in Living Room RemoteLinc
18.B8.6C found in Living Room Salt Lamp
18.B8.6C found in Master Bedroom KeyPadLinc
18.B8.6C found in Master Bedroom Momchu's Nightstand Lamp
18.B8.6C found in Master Bedroom Popchu's Nighstand Lamp
18.B8.6C found in Office Motion Sensor

I click on the link to each device, let's say, Kitchen Sink, and I see:

Link #2 Switch/Load is controlled by Unregistered Device Group 17 (18.B8.6C) - Command: On

18.B8.6C is the new PLM. So...what do I click to get this to recognize? I tried "Read Device Links and Settings" and that doesn't clear it up.

Not familiar with "reprogramming the groups from the plugin." And yes, without pulling the damned thing out of the wall again to look, I'm pretty sure that's what I did.

do you have groups defined in the plugin? Manage Groups tab

if so check for one with ID 17 and use the reprogram button

I do have groups, but none have ID 17.
