I don't understand these 4 tap test results?

KPL in 4 tap, nothing on that KPL flashes it just beeps. SL dimmer 1 flashes red, and SL dimmer 2 flashes green. The dimmers are 10 feet away from the KPL on either side of it.

I put SL dimmer 1 into the 4 tap mode, and the KPL's 4 buttons just flash on and off, there's no colour LED at all. SL dimmer 2 flashes green mostly with white thrown in the odd time.

I put SL dimmer 2 into 4 tap mode, the KPL does nothing, no flashing no beeping, SL dimmer 1 flashes green with the odd white thrown in

What does that mean? The KPL never flashes an LED so how are you supposed to know what phase it's on if it doesn't flash green or red?

this might require a call to Smarthome support. I don't know anything about these tests. maybe someone else will chime in.
