how to add hsinsteon plugin in my plugins

Hi,
I am a newbie and using HS Zee s2 and cannot add the hsinsteon to my plugins to use the free hsinsteon plugin. How do I add the hsinsteon in my plugins?
Please advise. TIA

This plugin is unsupported and doesn't work with 90% of Insteon devices so I would recommend looking at Marks Insteon plugin.
