HS not talking to ISY, Pluging = OK

HS3 is not getting status updates, and it cannot control any Insteon (ISY) devices. I've rebooted HS3, restarted the Plug-In, rebooted the ISY.... what else can I try? Plugin status shows okay, but at boot, it says all of my devices no longer exist. I can connect to the ISY from the HS3 computer, so coms should be present. Alexa is also talking to the ISY successfully.

It looks like the plug-in was not able to communicate with the ISY. Double check the IPAddress, username, password configuration. If that doesn't fix it, then try setting the log level of the plug-in to debug and capture the log when re-starting the plug-in. That should provide some information on why it was unable to communicate.

Oh, strange - Yes, all fields on the Options tab were blank. I re-entered the data and now we're good. I had to change the IP of my router yesterday temporarily. The plugin must have decided the ISY was gone and deleted the configuration. Thank you!
