This on my mother config. I updated her config via myhs. Is this something generic among users ...or in the worst case i will be able to send you a log when i visit her... but it might be difficult to exchange files because i won't stay there for days.

I have restarted the plugin twice. and rebooted the pc. hs3 is V 3.0.0.548 on Linux x64

This is not an issue. This light is white only, not CT or Hue/Sat capabilities... no root if it really is not needed.... So it works fine
