A problem maybe (after update to 2.1.0.0)

    A problem maybe (after update to 2.1.0.0)

    The plugin got disconnected and restarted. This happened just after I did the update.
    I will monitor this and post if it happens again.

    But I am sure the error should not have happened if things are normal

    Not sure what happend there. Were you doing some special action arond 12:18:42 after switching off the Living TV? There are rare situations where the plugin will enforce restarting itself, but that should always be done with a line in the log, pointing to the cause. Would be intersting to know what happend.

      No nothing special. I disabled the plugin then did the update to 2.1.0.0. Enabled the plugin. And when the manager said OK I tested the plugin by pushing some lights on and off.

      It has not happened since.

        Wim it happened again (Hallo trouwens),

        It seems that whenever I start homeseer it goes bad and then goes to normal.
        Any ideas?

          I also experience problems after update to 2.1.0.0 yesterday.
          At first the plugin did not connect to deConz but after another restart of the plugin it connected. But then i realized I had problems with my Hue switch which now is unreachable. (I can see that it works alright in deConz).

          I can also see som kind of new problems in the startup log for the plugin regarding slow response and index out of range;

              Do you have a backup of the Homeseer database before installing the new version? As the conversion has been broken with as much alarm the plugin could make:

              If you have the backup, can you pease replace the old version of the plugin (only executable is sufficient) and also the old Homeseer database (Homeseer.hsd under \Data directory).
              Then please set the trace options detailed logging and log to file in the configuration page of the (old) plugin.
              After that, upgrade the plugin again and let it run through the conversion, which probably show you the same errors. Stop the plugin and locate the JowiHue.log file in the Logs subdirectory of your HS installation.
              Send this log file to me (jowihue at ziggo dot nl) and restore the old executable and old Homeseer database again. Wait with upgrading until I found the issue here?

                Normally I don't check the log after a plugin update (that is of course different if the plugin fails to start again...).

                I do have a backup but I'm not sure where I can find an old version of the plugin?

                  Wim, I found the old plugin exe in the backup and you now have the new log file in your mailbox.

                    Is the/my issue resolved in the latest 2.1.0.1 ? As mentioned I only have a problem if I start homeseer and then it works perfectly. So I don't want to make things worse by updating

                      Forgot to mention that indeed. The issue should be gone - as in the plugin should now continue and not restart anymore. There might appear a warning on the log on the device that caused the issue earlier. If you get this line, let me know what it says, so we can take it from there if needed.
