Is this still happening for you? What lines of the plugin are in the log? Maybe some file is missing there?

It seems the plugin is started alright, but it started amazingly slow. There is a new version of the plugin available, maybe install this to rule out latest bugs.
Do you have a bridge on the network? Which one are you using? Philips Hue or deCONZ? Or is there no bridge available yet? As this would explain the slow start.

Thanks for the attention to my issue(s).
Bridge is a Philips Hue (functioning correctly through my iPhone)
Updated the plugIn, No change.
Deleted all files (I could identify) related to the plugin and re-installed a new download, No change.
What can I do???

Did you install the latest version of the plugin (2.1.0.7)? As some things might cross in here now. Does the plugins page now show the plugin is initialised or it is still the same as in your first post with "Plugin start is pending"?
If the plugin starts normal now but not finding the bridge yet, let me know?
