Adaptive Lighting with JowiHue & Deconz?

I wouldn't mind having this feature active. Has anyone attempted creating this?

You can do this through using the animations of the plugin, or by activating scenes through events throughout the day. If you use events you can use selection like "is this after /before sunrise / sunset" to be sure the scene gets triggered relative to sunsets/sunrises.

But it takes a bit of headcrunching, I am sure of that!
