Cannot import devices or control the ones that do

I am unable to see the ~200 devices from my Lutron Homeworks QS system. I first tried this about 6 months ago when my Lutron system was being installed and everything seemed to import into homeseer through the plugin but not the right names and I couldn’t get things to work so I assumed it was on Lutron’s end and waited for the system to be fully programmed. Last month the Lutron system was finally finished so I tried to connect homeseer to Lutron and it still didn’t work. I assumed it was because my trial expired so I purchased a registration key and still nothing. I tried uninstalling, deleting all devices, and reinstalling but this time around only a few devices showed up but with the wrong room names. I don't know how the translation works but in the log it captures the names correctly but then uses the word Devices for Floor and the actual Floor from Lutron in Room and then ignores the actual room name. My logs for the attempted clean install are below showing it found and thought it was importing all my correctly named devices but when I look in Devices only my thermostats are listed however they do not display any/correct information for their current state. I did try “Systems Create All New Devices That Don’t Exist” and checked all the Reset checkboxes below it even deleted all the devices again but I am assuming there is something else I need to clean out my config. There were some warnings and errors in the log below. Is this an issue on my Lutron side?

DonMor please help. I have uninstalled homeseer, deleted all files, reinstalled, and am in the same spot. Actually worse, I have less devices this time around.
