HS4 - Unable to Write Event To Turn Off Dimmer After 5m

I'm totally new to both Homeseer and RadioRA2, so I figure this is easy and I'm missing something obvious. I can't seem to get an event which turnes off my light after 5m. Maybe this is an HS3 vs HS4 thing. Since I just get homeseer I got 4, this isn't an upgrade.

    i tried:

    IF
    If a devices value is...
    This Device Has Been/For Exactly...
    LUTRONRA2-Mudroom-Overhead
    Overhead
    Has been:
    ANY value
    For exacly
    5s

    THEN
    Set Device:
    LUTRONRA2-Mudroom-Overhead to Off

This doesn't seem to work at all. If I set the trigger value to 'ON' It does work if the dimmer is 'ON' but not if the dimmer is at 75%. How do I write a trigger that says 'if the dimmer is anything except off for 5m, turn it off'? I don't want to write 100 events for 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% *smile*

    Thank you!

I think this is a bug from HST, if you test with a value it work, the ANY value don’t

in the reset event you should add a 1 second for "Event Cannot Re-Run for:" in the ADVANCE OPTION
