    SonOff Espurna 1-Wire hub reset

Upgraded my Sonoff's 1-Wire hubs with current Espurna Firmware yesterday.

These have been running fine now for months.

Noticed the upgrade caused a reset to scratch on both devices.

The reset and reconfiguration was easy and done without JTAGing the two devices.

I think you are indicating that ESPurna OTA update lost the prior configuration information, but redoing the configuration was easy in your case. I have never tried OTA with ESPurna. There may have been major version upgrades that lost backward compatibility. I know that there is much logic in Tasmota to handle settings as version are upgraded. I also know that Tasmota is now at version 7.x. I have been working with 5.x and 6.x. I dont recall if I ever did a 5.x to 6.x update OTA.

Yes did the ESPurna OTA firmware update to the two of them to:

      ESPURNA 1.13.6-dev

First noticed that MQTT didn't work right then over a day it wasn't connecting to WLAN (with 3 SSID's configured).

Reset is just holding the button down a few seconds where as the device comes up in AP mode.

The devices stay in AP mode until they are configured to your AP. Here have created a custom Tasmota / Espurna SSID.

Once in AP mode you just log in the device and configure wireless dynamic or static IPs and configure name and MQTT.

The 1-Wire hubs are using the ESPurna posted firmware (dev).

I have never updated the original GDO SonOff device or Magic Home Controllers as they are working fine with your custom firmware.
