    mcsMQTT reinstallation failure

I'm having a problem with mcsMQTT being reinstalled. I had an issue that made me decide to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. I cannot get it to reinstall now. I have had the following problems today while trying to reinstall during different attempts:
    1. The plugin installs shows OK in the plugin menu upon installation. Then is removed a few moments it disappears from the plugin list.
    2. The plugin crashes. The HS3 executable is deleted. Multiple plugins are deleted. I have run a repair to HS3 and rebuild the plugins to get everything functioning again.

I have tried to delete files in these folders before reinstalling it without success:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Bin\mcsMQTT
    C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Data\mcsMQTT
I deleted this file as well: mcsMQTT.ini

Are there any ideas on how I can get my reinstallation to be successful?

Here is my current system configuration:

I do not have any immediate insight. The HS log may provide some feedback as to why something unexpected in happening. There is nothing explicit in the plugin that would delete HS or other .exe files.

Check your Antivirus logs, or temporarily disable to rule out interference from that.
