    Thanks Pete for isolating the issue. It has been resolved in http://mcsSprinklers.com/mcsMQTT_5_5_2_1.zip and http://mcsSprinklers.com/HSPI_mcsMQTT_5_5_2_1.zip

    When I do my testing I will typically use the Association tab filters to locate topics of interest rather than using the subscription filter. Both work, it is just FYI.

      Thank you Michael. Yes only recently switched to using sub filter and auto generate. It's work better for me than editing the variables. I like that it auto creates MQTT variable icons.

      That said thinking too that I have some 900 plus MQTT devices configured in Home Assistant and I pick only certain devices. IE: like my temperature sensors.
