Install of latest HS4 version of mcsMQTT fails

I just upgraded my production HS3 System to HS4 v4.2.12.0. I had the HS3 version of mcsMQTT installed on my system before the upgrade. After the upgrade I deleted the legacy HS3 version of mcsMQTT so I could install the HS4 native version. After removing the legacy version mcsMQTT, I can not install the HS4 version. The install seems to complete but the new version is not installed. I have rebooted the system and tried to install again without success. Any idea why this might be happening.

I am seeing this message after I attempt an install.
