I have two PCs one with HS3, one with HS4. Can I have Modbus running on both to gather data from the same source, my Solaredge inverter?
I've tried but I get lots of errors like this:
2/17/2020 06:57:40 Legacy-Plugin Modbus Error Read error for AC Power Value
2/17/2020 06:57:40 Legacy-Plugin Modbus Error I'm not going to poll any remaining registers on this gateway as it seems there is a communication issue.
2/17/2020 06:57:40 Legacy-Plugin Modbus Error Error in Read: Response was not of expected transaction ID. Expected 3, received 2.
2/17/2020 06:57:40 Legacy-Plugin Modbus Error Error in ReadValue: Response was not of expected transaction ID. Expected 3, received 2.
It's not uncommon to get these error with just HS3 running and I have an event that initializes Modbus if it happens. But it seems like I get a lot of them when both PCs are trying to pull data from the inverter. Thoughts?
